I write to better understand what's happened, what's happening, and what will happen.

The idea for the book "The Internet Revolution: A Generational Story" began in early 2016 as I observed, along with many others, that technology was driving the key changes in our generation and the effects could be observed. I also noticed that the changes were happening while concern for the past was declining. In looking back at what happened it surprised me how much it informed me about the future. Researching, writing, editing, and discussing the ideas in this book all over the world has been immensely rewarding.

Significant portions of "The Internet Revolution: A Generational Story" were written or developed in Brazil, Denmark, Taiwan, Washington DC, and other cities in the United States.

I have deep interest in seeing new places and understanding how everything fits together. I have visited 74 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa and hope to visit many more.

Other interests include music (especially 90s rock music), Ultimate frisbee, and hiking.
